Unfortunately, we don't currently have a way to change the profile status to "Reassigned" or a similar one that would indicate that the ownership of these phone numbers has been changed. However, we can bulk opt-out the list from all campaigns, and then we can create a custom field and update that field for these profiles with an agreed value among the team that would refer to that status.
