Resolution Summary
A bug that was causing recurring broadcasts to stuck randomly/not to continue the iterations. The dev. team pushed out a fix to address the root cause and this feature is now back to normal.
Details
Escalated the issue to the dev. team and we first pushed out a fix in our April release 2023 (MC 23.4.1) to address the root cause. But testing on production after the release showed that the issue was not fixed.
We escalated back to the dev. team to continue the investigation. We managed to push out a successful fix in the June release 2023 and this feature is now back to normal.
