• Frakture is a third-party service that manages synchronization between our platform and theirs using the API.
• The entire setup process is handled on Frakture's end.
• Clients create a Frakture Bot user on Mobile Commons and use its credentials for integration.
• When Frakture adds a profile to Mobile Commons, the profile's First Seen field will display Added via API by Frakture Bot.
• When a profile is subscribed to an opt-in path via an API call, the opt-in message is sent immediately, and our platform does not offer an option to schedule it for a specific time.
• If clients require the op-in path messages to be sent at a specific time, they will need to coordinate with Frakture to schedule when profiles are added to our platform.
• In such cases, please involve the CSM for further assistance.
