MMS messages fail with status code 28. On the Infobip portal the log is "Couldn't retreive remote content - status code (28)"

Resolution Summary

The file size of the image needs to be at 1MB max.

Details

1.  Check the file size of the original image for the MMS attachment.
2. If the file size is more than 1MB max, then most probably that is the cause of the failure due to the the size limiations for some carriers.
3. Try creating a new image with a size at 1MB max and retest.
4. If the size is already at 1MB max. Reach out to Infobip support - support@infobip.com with deteails around the failed messages to investigate the cause.
