Answer
You can use the date range filter to pull the data based on the selected date range. The report page will default to one month. All the data in the UI and the CSV exports will be within the selected date range.
Note: You can still pull the full list of campaign subscribers from the home page of the campaign.
The Campaign Report page shows you several metrics, which are also downloadable as CSVs. These include:
- Opt-ins and Opt-outs: The first thing you see in a campaign report is a cumulative count graph showing the number of opt-in (in green) and opt-outs (in red) over time for that campaign.
- Click Per Day Count If you would like to view opt-ins and opt-outs stacked on a per day basis.
- Campaign Statistics: Shows all profiles and opt-in data to that particular campaign within the selected time frame. You can also view all profiles and opt-out data of opted-out profiles.
NOTE: If a profile opted into the campaign during the chosen time frame and then opted out later, it will not appear in the active subscribers list. This list only displays profiles that opted into the campaign during the selected time frame and are still active until now. - Messaging Statistics: All profiles that have received a sent message from that campaign and all profiles that have sent a received message back to your account. Need to click the "click to load" button to load the Sent and received messages.
- Opt-In Path Report: Shows all opt-in paths that lead to that campaign and sent and received messages in that opt-in path conversation.
- Broadcast Report: Shows all broadcasts sent from that campaign and received messages from those broadcasts.
