Mobile Commons: End user reported receiving delayed messages

Logs show that the messages have been forwarded correctly and on time to the carrier. Most probably, this is a delay on the carrier side.

Troubleshooting:

1- Checked the profile, and the message showed as sent on time.

2- Checked the logs on the Infobip portal, the message was forwarded to the carrier on time.
