Needed to make sure the correct user creds and parameters are being sent with the API request.




Details

To troubleshoot this error you need to:

  1. Confirm the campaign ID you are passing with the request is valid.
  2. Make sure this campaign is under the account you are targeting in the request (Company key > "Company").
  3. Confirm that the user/creds you are using with the API request are linked to the account.
  4. If you are testing in Postman, make sure the creds being sent with the request are correct and belong to the targeted account. Sometimes, Postman sends/reuses cached creds. from older requests.
