Provided detailed steps on how to manually add/delete profiles from a smart campaign. 

You can manually opt-in/out profiles from a smart campaign with the following steps

For manually opting profiles in.

1. You can create an uploaded group and add the phone number/s to it and add this group to the included filters of the filtered group that the smart campaign is based on. 
2. If the smart campaign already has an uploaded group in the included filters, you can add the needed profile/s to the uploaded group. 

For manually opting profiles out.

1. You can add the targeted phone number/s to a newly uploaded group and add this group to the filtered group excluded filters that the smart campaign is based on. 
2. If the smart campaign has an uploaded group in the excluded filters, you can add this profile to the uploaded group.

 NOTE: The smart campaign subscription 'whether an opt-in or opt-out' takes approximately 30 minutes to reflect on the profiles.
