Mobile Commons: Absolute Message Schedule

Building an Absolute Message Schedule from a CSV

1. Click the name of the campaign for which you’d like to create a schedule.
2. Select New Message Schedule.
3. Name your Schedule (this is internal only)
4. Specify dates as the Actual Send Date. Select "Allow subscribers to choose custom delivery times." if you would like to use custom time fields in your schedule. 
   

   

5. Specify times as either Adjust for Timezone or specify the timezone (defaults to your platform's timezone) and select All at Once 
6. Click Upload CSV.
7. You can download a sample CSV as a guide by clicking the Sample CSV link.
   • Date of Send
   • Hour of Send (in military time)
   • Minute of Send
   • Custom Time Field * Please note when using custom times in your csv you must use all lower cases and insert _ wherever there is a space. If your field name is Birth Date the custom_time_field in the csv should be birth_date
   • Body Message
8. Click Choose File.
9. Click the correct CSV file from your computer and then Preview Entries.
10. Click Save.
11. When you’re ready, click Activate Schedule in the Content Actions box.
