The Manual Opt-Out page allows you to opt out users from your entire company or a particular campaign.
You can navigate to the Manual Opt-Out page from the Inbox or by clicking Manual Opt-Out in any Active Campaign.

Once you arrive at the Manual Opt Out Page, it looks like this:
To opt people out of your campaign:
- Choose the campaign you would like to opt out the users from. You can choose to opt users out of “your entire company” (your entire Mobile Commons account) or just from a specific Active Campaign.
- Enter the users’ phone numbers you want to unsubscribe. You can either paste numbers directly into the text box, or add a CSV of the user phone numbers you’d like to unsubscribe.
- If you wish to add a CSV, click Choose file to select the CSV of user phone numbers. (It’s useful to create a Group of the Profiles you would like to opt-out and save that as a CSV.)
- Click Opt-Out These Numbers.
