Mobile Commons: Manually subscribing a group to a campaign or an opt-in path.

When the opt-in path message doesn't get sent to some profiles in the group or the whole group after manually subscribing the group to an opt-in path.

Provided further details on how the manual subscription of the groups work. 

1. To subscribe a group to a campaign navigate to Group Actions > Subscribe to Campaign.
2. After selecting Subscribe to Campaign you'll be brought to a subscription selection window.
3. There is a drop-down box containing all of your account's campaigns and opt-in paths.
   1. If you subscribe the group to a campaign the users WILL NOT receive a welcome message from an opt-in path but they will become active subscribers of that campaign and will receive broadcasts and message schedule messages.
       NOTE: Campaigns do not have dashes in front of their name on the list. 
      
   2. If you subscribe the group to an opt-in path they WILL receive the opt-in path message immediately. 
       NOTE: Opt-In Paths have a dash before their name in the drop-down list.  
       CAUTION: If a profile is an active subscriber in a campaign, and was manually subscribed in an opt-in path in that campaign by using a group, the profile WILL NOT receive the opt-in path message. Only the profiles that are not active in the campaign that the opt-in path belongs to, will receive the opt-in path message. 
      

 NOTE: To confirm that the group has been successfully subscribed to the campaign or opt-in path, check the Profiles counts on the group's main page.  This holds the number of active subscribers in the group and is updated every 30 minutes.

This was discussed in #13191 and the team confirmed that this is intended to prevent accidental mass messages being sent out.
