Provided information on how opt-in paths get deleted if applicable. 

Details

There is no way in the UI to delete opt-in paths. These can only be deleted from the back end. Please create a support ticket if your opt-in path matches the below criteria to be deleted. 

• If the opt-in path was never used/ has 0 opt-ins, it can be deleted. 
• If there is active / former subscribers on the opt-in path, it cannot be deleted. 

Internal Information

We will need to create a Jira ticket for any deletion OIP request.
