Mobile Commons: deletion requests

The development team deleted the numbers from the list.

Clients reach out by sending Deletion request tickets for phone numbers. You should create a Jira ticket for these numbers to be deleted from the list. 

 NOTE: The client should be made aware of the following:

• If there is any integration in place, the data has to be removed from the other platforms or it will be re-populated due to these integrations.
• We have to retain any opt-in/opt-out information as it is required by CTIA.
• For clients with read-only DB instances (Snowflake or Read Replica), we retain the "phones" data for the deleted profiles.

 CAUTION: If the client has a read replica, you should confirm if the profiles need to be deleted from their read replica or not, then add this to the Jira ticket.
