Mobile Commons: What are the options to export a CSV with data in the Custom Fields page?

Provided information about the Save CSV and Download All Custom Fields options when exporting as CSV.

Answer

On the Custom Fields page, there are 2 available options to export a CSV with the data.

Save CSV will create a CSV for all the phone numbers that have any value for any of the custom fields on the account. This CSV contains 5 columns.
Phone _number: It has the profile's phone number.
Name: The name of the custom field.
Value: any value ever existed/is now available in the custom field.
Created_at: It shows when was the value added.
Active: It shows whether this value is now active on the profile or not "The value of the custom field can get updated many times for the profile, there will be a record for each value and when it was created. If the "Active" value is "TRUE" in the CSV, this means that this is the current value on the profile. If the value is "Wrong", this means that this is an old value and now the profile has a new value for the custom field"
Download All Custom fields will create a list of the custom fields on the account with their types and descriptions. It will not contain any values on any account
