There are five columns in the CSV file their values cannot be changed. These are:

  • ID: This column refers to the profile ID.
  • Phone_Number: This column contains the phone number associated with the profile.
  • Created_at: This column indicates the date on which the profile was created.
  • Source_Type: This column specifies how the profile was added to the account, i.e. keywords, upload, sync, etc...
  • Source_name: This column contains the name of the source that added the profile to the account.
