There are 2 exports available for the Trackable URLS on the platform. These are

  • A CSV for all the trackable URLs created on the account.

This CSV has 5 columns

  • Name:
  • This field is created by MC and the value is added by your team.
  • This refers to the name of the trackable link on the account.
  • Trackable:
  • This field has the Trackable URL.
  • The field and the value are created by MC.
  • Destination:
  • This field has the destination URL of the trackable link.
  • The field is created by MC. But, the value is added by your team and can be updated at any time.
  • Unique clicks and total clicks:
  • These fields and their values are created by MC.
  • The values are added based on the total clicks that came through the trackable URL which is constantly updated.
  • The Trackable URL clicks CSV has 8 columns.
  • Created-at
  • Refers to when the user clicks on the trackable URL.
  • This field is created by MC and the value can not be updated once it's added.
  • Phone:
  • the user's phone number
  • User-agent
  • Refers to the operating system/device of the user.
  • This field is created by MC and the value is added from our side.
  • The value can be updated on the profile for any future clicks if the user changes their device. However, the old clicks will still be assigned to the value of the old device.
  • URL
  • This field is created by MC. But, the values are added by your team.
  • This refers to the destination URL in the Trackable URL page.
  • The destination URL can be updated by your team at any point but the old clicks will still be assigned to the old destination URL.
  • Clicked-URL:
  • This refers to the profile's unique link.
  • The unique link is the trackable link and the profile's unique trackable ID.
  • The value of this field can not be updated/changed.
  • Profile-state:
  • This field is created by MC and the value depends on the profile's address which can be updated at any point.
  • Profile-postal-code:
  • The field is created by MC but the value can be changed at any point depending on the profile's address
  • Carrier name:
  • The field is created by MC but the value is added based on the carrier of the phone number which can be changed at any point.
