Confirmed the fields that we can't manually change their values.

Answer

  • Fields from column N 'Congressional_district' to column X 'Geocoded_Country' are the fields that cannot be updated/ changed manually by the user, API, groups, etc...
  • The change of the value of these fields is automatic and based on the change of the users'

address.

  • The carrier_name field 'Column Y' can be changed if the carrier of the phone number is changed.
  • This field can not be changed manually.
