Details

To provide users with details about their mConnect activity/calls

  • Navigate to the Calls page.
  • Use the search bar to enter the user's phone number.
  • Specify the time as "any time" to retrieve all the calls for the user.
  • Save as CSV.

Additionally, the calls of the users can be found in the Messages tab in their profiles.
