- If a mobile number is subscribed to an account through the API, it can be opted into each campaign one time and one time only through the API.
- If a subscriber is already a member of a campaign, they will not receive a welcome message, and no new subscription will be created.
- if an API request is made to opt in a user in a campaign and the user is currently opted out from it, they will not receive a welcome message, and no subscription will be created.
