OVERVIEW
On Thursday, August 8th, at approximately 15:30 ET, the support team began receiving customer reports of errors when attempting to access uploaded groups. Mobile Commons’ engineering team immediately initiated an investigation and determined that the issue was caused by a group value that was not properly removed from the caching database. Once identified, the team deleted the problematic value, restoring normal functionality.
