Answer
Any broadcast that was stopped after being sent to recipients, can be marked as complete from the UI
- Open the broadcast.
- Go to the Details page
- Choose Mark as Complete
Note: As long as messages/test messages were sent from a broadcast, it cannot be deleted from the account for reporting purposes. It can only be marked as complete
