Mobile Commons: Escalating to development
Information
Steps for Escalating to Development:
- Verify the issue cannot be fixed without development work.
- Open a new issue in JIRA using the Zendesk to JIRA plugin. Ensure the attachments are also added to the JIRA issue.
Notes:
- When submitting issues to R&D/Dev. team, you need to provide the full description and details of what it's needed from the dev. team and
then go through the escalation process.
- The project should be Mobile Commons (MC).
- Components should include the appropriate component related to the issue created.
