Confirmed that the engineering team fixed this issue.
Details
- The user role for the affected users was Campaign Editor
- As a workaround, we advised the users to use a filtered group to pull the current campaign subscribers as this has no issue
- This got escalated to the engineering team and fixed in MC_24.8.1
