Mobile Commons: Is it possible to get an overall engagement report for a broadcast total iterations
Environment
- Mobile Commons
- Campaigns
- Broadcasts
Resolution Summary
Confirmed that an overall report for all the broadcast iterations can be obtained by removing one of the parameters from the broadcast report URL
Details
Yes, you can obtain an overall engagement report/page for all the broadcast iterations by removing a parameter from the URL of the broadcast interaction page.
- Once you access a broadcast report, you'll find engagement data only for the latest iteration.
- You can use the 2 arrows on the top right-hand side to navigate through the different iterations of the broadcast conversation.
- To have the replies/opt-outs of all the iterations combined in one page, you can remove the "&message_id=xxx" parameter from the page's URL
- The replies URL of any broadcast should be https://secure.mcommons.com/campaigns/XXXXX/broadcasts/XXXXXX/mos?exclude_keywords=true&message_id=XXXXXX&mo_types%5B%5D=reply
- After removing the message_id parameter, the new URL should be https://secure.mcommons.com/campaigns/XXXXX/broadcasts/XXXXXX/mos?exclude_keywords=true&mo_types%5B%5D=reply
- This new URL will be for a page that holds all the replies from all broadcast interactions.
- The same workaround can be used for all interactions received from recipients, including the opt-outs.
