Folders:
If you do not already have folders created:
- When you log into your HIP, click on “View” (under Campaigns).
- At the top you will see an area where you can create a new folder.
- Type in the name and click create
If you already have folders created:
- When you log into your HIP and click on “View” (under Campaigns) you will see the + where you can expand to view your folder list and access those folders.
Putting a campaign into a folder:
- When you are creating a PUSH campaign you will notice there is a “Folder” option drop down.
- Once your folders are created you can choose which folder to put each campaign in.
Organization:
If you are not using folder or you want to find something in a list quickly – you can always use the header bar to sort. This is on the main “View” Campaigns screen.
You can sort any of the column headers in the bar.
- Status:
- Sending – means this is a campaign that is scheduled to go out that has not gone out yet. Could include a one-time message that is scheduled for the future or a reoccurring message.
- Active: refers to a rebound campaign that is currently an active program o Inactive – the program is no longer active or the push has already been sent
- Date Created: This is the actual date the campaign was set up in HI
Find: If you want to look up a campaign by keyword or phrase you can click “Find” (under Campaigns) on the left menu. Type in the keyword and click find.
