Provided steps on how to add a new user.

Details

First you should confirm the new access request with iHeart directly by forwarding the request email to iHM Texting Ops Team (ihmtextingops@iheartmedia.com); once you get the confirmation you can start the folowing steps: 

1. Once you login to the Hip you need to create this new user on and select System Setup
   

   

2. Under Users click on New
   

   

3. Fill the user details as follows: 
   • Username: Add the first letter of the user's first name+the user's last name
     For example, if the user's full name is Bruce Wayne, the username should be "bwayne"
   • Password: Set it to be "password"
   • Email: Add the new user email
   • Phone Number: We don't use field but it's a requird one, so you can just set it to be "11111111111"
     

     

4. Under Access Rights, you can set the user's level of access in each field as reqested. If the customer didn't spicefy the level of access go back to system setup and under users click View/Edit. Check what are the fields most users on this HIP have access to, and grant him a user level access to the same fields.
   NOTE: If the level of acces requested is higher than a user you should let iHeart team know in your confirmation email.
   

   

5. Once you're done click Create User, and send the username and password you set to the client.
