HipCricket: System Status

HipCricket's status page can be accessed here:  https://hipcricketstatus.uplandsoftware.com/

The status page is used to post notifications of incidents and planned maintenance events related to the HipCricket product - incidents will be categorised by severity, including detail on the current status of the incident and how it is likely to affect customers. Incident postings will updated by members of our team at least once per hour through to their resolution. The page also features a breakdown of status by product component, including an incident history record for the last 7 days.

To subscribe to be notified by email when an incident or maintenance event is posted on the status page:

1. Go to https://hipcricketstatus.uplandsoftware.com/
2. Click the Subscribe button
3. Complete and submit the sign-up form
4. Check your inbox for the subscription email and confirm your email address
    NOTE: To ensure you receive Status IQ emails you may need to mark no-reply@mails.site24x7sp.com as a safe sender to your SPAM filters and Junk folder
   

You can manage your subscription at any time by returning to the status page, clicking the subscribe button and choosing the Manage Subscription option. You can also access unsubscribe and manage your subscription via the links in the footer of any email you receive from the status page.
